No online appointments available, couldn’t get through to the call centre etc. Here it was one phone call immediately answered, 90 minutes later job done. Called at 10pm and arranged for them to replace the tyre the next morning. Almost bang on time, Marek arrived, we had a chat, and he is a good guy with a lot of experience. Very friendly, and the tyre was quickly replaced so I was on the road exactly when I needed to. Thank-you.

I was contacted by Adam who was professional, helpful and extremely patient whilst I tried to give him the information he required about the tyre manufacturer and the series of numbers on my tyre. The service was great. James got to my car quickly and was able to repair my tyre with no issues, he checked over my alloy to make sure there was no damage and made sure I was back on the road safely. Kind and helpful from start to finish.

I had a flat tyre and Mercedes had called Fasttrack to change my tyre, to be honest was not sure about someone changing my tyre as the tyre was 21” and a special tyre. However I received a call from Steven and this guys customer service was on another level, he took care of the alloy like it was his own ensuring any damage when taking the wheel and putting on a new tyre. Steven you are a credit to Fasttrack and definitely someone that really understands customer expectations, well done !

Amazing service - quick, reliable, well priced. Really got me out of a situation! Marek, their operative who came to assist me, was fantastic. Very friendly gent & did great job as well! The office also deserves a shout out for keeping me informed with timings. This review would be 6 stars if it was possible!

I had a tyre puncture in London around midnight, and Fast Track Tyre came to the rescue. Despite the heavy rain, they provided excellent and quick service. Rui, the technician, was incredibly professional and helpful. He changed my tyre in just 20 minutes and went above and beyond by asking me to stay inside the car to avoid standing in the rain. Rui’s efficiency and care truly made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Fast Track Tyre for their outstanding service and would like to personally thank Rui for his exceptional help!
