Very impressed with this service. I was originally referred to another provider. No online appointments available, couldn’t get through to the call centre etc. Here it was one phone call immediately answered, 90 minutes later job done. Marek was a superstar, kept me informed of his eta and showed great knowledge on my vehicle.

Fastrack Tyres did an amazing job for me. Just searched for them online and called them straight away. Person who handled my call was polite and professional and told me how long Ishmail would be. Call handler called me back later with further updates. Ishmail was great at dealing with my tyre. He was very polite and efficient. He answered any questions I had. I would thoroughly recommend this company and they were quick in coming out to fix my burst tyre.

Absolutely outstanding experience when our tyre blew out on the way home from London late at night. After being let down by another company promising a 3-5 hour wait, we called this company and Zak stepped in and immediately turned our disastrous night around. From the moment we called, Zak was incredibly reassuring and took full charge of the situation. He didn't just offer empty promises - he sent help out straight away, with Tiago arriving within what felt like record time. Tiago was absolutely professional and did an exceptional job fixing our tyre. As business owners ourselves, we know how crucial it is to deliver excellent customer service when things go wrong, and both Zak and Tiago flawlessly understood this. They didn't just fix our tyre - they restored our confidence and turned a stressful breakdown into a reassuring experience. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring mobile tyre service, look no further. Zak and Tiago set the standard for what exceptional customer service should be! Highly recommended to anyone in need of mobile tyre fitting - these guys truly deliver on their promises!

Excellent service from Ishmail. He came out to replace and fit my work tyre and was extremely professional from start to finish. He quickly noticed that the tyre previously fitted was actually the incorrect one, which I hadn’t been made aware of before, and explained everything clearly. He carried out the work efficiently, safely, and with great attention to detail. Really knowledgeable, honest, and reliable, exactly the kind of service you want when it comes to vehicle safety. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ishmail to anyone needing tyre work.

I had an amazing experience with the tyre repair service provided by Zak. I got a flat tyre on a busy morning in Wimbledon and was already stressed, but having him was the best thing that could have happened. He arrived even earlier than the time he mentioned on the phone, which was such a relief during a hectic day. From the moment he arrived, he was super friendly, polite, and had a big smile that instantly made me feel calmer. Zak wasn’t bothered by any of my questions—he actually welcomed them. He even encouraged me to watch and take photos while he worked, explaining every step of the tyre replacement in clear detail. You could see his professionalism, patience, and genuine passion for what he does. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and done with great care. I truly appreciate how helpful and reassuring he was throughout the entire job. Highly recommend Zak for tyre repair—excellent service, great attitude, and someone you can genuinely trust. Thank you for saving my day, Zak!

Having a nail in my tyre and the need to drive 100 miles the next day was not ideal. The tyres on my car always have to be pre-ordered usually with 3 days notice. I was given Fastrack’s details by Jaguar Assistance. Called at 10pm and arranged for them to replace the tyre the next morning. Almost bang on time, Marek arrived, we had a chat, and he is a good guy with a lot of experience. Very friendly, and the tyre was quickly replaced so I was on the road exactly when I needed to. Thank-you. You will pay a premium for a home or roadside tyre change, which is quite reasonable, as when you need the job done, and done straight away, it is worth the extra cost. An excellent service for which I am very grateful.

Called FastrackbTyres at 1950 because of a blowout. Spoke to an extremely helpful person on the phone - they had the tyre in stock. Less than 40 mins later Witek arrived. Super professional service, took photos, used an app to catalog everything. Changed the tyre there and then. By 2045 it was sorted. Paid by card and everything was perfect! Thanks a lot for the quick support and reasonable pricing!

James was brilliant. He came to swap my tyres onto a new set of wheels and honestly made the whole process so easy. He turned up on time, was really friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was done properly and with care — no rushing or cutting corners. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work. I’d definitely go to him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

I was referred through Mini Roadside Assistance after experiencing a puncture and flat tyre. I was contacted by Adam who was professional, helpful and extremely patient whilst I tried to give him the information he required about the tyre manufacturer and the series of numbers on my tyre. I was kept updated whilst they sourced the tyre, right through to when Marek the technician was dispatched who again was extremely professional and helpful. He explained that I had driven over an e cigarette and removed it to show me exactly what the piece of metal looked like. I have no hesitation in recommending Fastrack Tyres. Both Adam and Marek are a credit to the company. A huge thank you to them both.

I had a flat tyre and Mercedes had called Fasttrack to change my tyre, to be honest was not sure about someone changing my tyre as the tyre was 21” and a special tyre. However I received a call from Steven and this guys customer service was on another level, he took care of the alloy like it was his own ensuring any damage when taking the wheel and putting on a new tyre. Steven you are a credit to Fasttrack and definitely someone that really understands customer expectations, well done !
